TCM Analysis is an AI-powered mobile application that performs tongue analysis based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) principles. The app uses advanced artificial intelligence technology to analyze tongue photos and provide personalized health insights and recommendations.

You can create an account by signing in with your Google account or Apple ID. Simply download the app, open it, and tap on "Sign in with Google" or "Sign in with Apple" button. You can also explore the app as a guest, but analysis features require login.

Each tongue analysis requires 9 credits. You can purchase credit packages through in-app purchases. Credits never expire and remain in your account until used.

For best results: 1) Use natural daylight or bright white light, 2) Stick your tongue out fully, 3) Keep the camera steady and close enough to see details, 4) Avoid colored lighting or shadows, 5) Take photos from front, left side, right side, and bottom views.

Credits are digital products and generally non-refundable. However, if you experience technical issues preventing you from using purchased credits, please contact our support team at tcmanalysisapp@gmail.com. Refund requests are handled according to Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies.

We take data security seriously. All photos are encrypted and stored securely in Firebase Storage. Data transmission uses SSL/TLS encryption. We comply with GDPR and data protection laws. You can delete your account and all data at any time from Settings > Account > Delete Account. Read our Privacy Policy for details.

You must be 13 years of age or older to use TCM Analysis. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

No, TCM Analysis requires an internet connection to perform AI-powered analysis. You can view your previous analysis results offline, but creating new analyses requires connectivity.

To delete your account: 1) Open the app, 2) Go to Settings, 3) Tap on Account, 4) Select "Delete Account", 5) Confirm deletion. This action is permanent and will delete all your data, photos, and analysis history. Unused credits will not be refunded.

TCM Analysis supports multiple languages: English, Turkish, German, Arabic, Indonesian, French, Chinese (Simplified & Cantonese), Korean, Japanese, Spanish, and Vietnamese. You can change the language in Settings > Language.
